What information do I collect?

The only information I collect is if you consult with me to discuss the possibility of having me build a website for you. I may need your name or phone number or email address or all three, depending on how the discussion goes.

If you decide to have me build a website for you, I will ask for payment information. I do prefer PayPal, which makes everything easier and more private/secure for you.

I don't put cookies on your device, or use tracking codes, or anything else that tells me anything about you.
Whatever information I have, it will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.

What do I use your information for?

Any of the information I collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• Communication regarding your website.
  • This will include periodic contact to make sure everything is proceeding to your satisfaction.
• To send periodic emails
  • If you give me your emal address, it will be used only for me to contact you with any questions or dialog regarding your website.

How do I protect your information?

All information pertaining to your website, payment information or anything else, is kept in an encrypted folder on my computer. Encryption is a more powerful system than a password. Your privacy and security is safe with me.

Do I use cookies?

No.

Do I disclose any information to outside parties?

No.

I comply with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act). Therefore, I do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. My website services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
